Repeals Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3108, which previously regulated firearms.

Amends section 15-341 to revise school governing board policies on weapons possession on school grounds, removing reference to the repealed statute.

Authorizes school administrators to prohibit persons from carrying or possessing weapons on school grounds unless the person is a peace officer or has obtained specific authorization from the school administrator.
