Extends the deadline for implementing ovarian cancer awareness special plates from December 31, 2022 to December 31, 2025.

Requires a $32,000 implementation payment to the Department of Transportation to establish the special plates; the paying entity designs the plates subject to department approval.

Allocates $25 fee per special plate between $8 for administration and $17 as annual donation to the ovarian cancer awareness special plate fund.

Directs fund monies (after reimbursing the $32,000 implementation cost and deducting up to 10% for administration) to 501(c)(3) national women's health organizations focused on ovarian cancer prevention, awareness, research, and survivor support.

Act applies retroactively to December 30, 2022.
