Requires each school district and charter school to administer the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) examination to all grade 12 students.

School counselors and academic advisors must consider individual ASVAB examination results when advising students about post-graduation career and education opportunities.

Students may be exempted from the examination requirement if a parent submits a written opt-out request.

The United States Department of Defense shall cover all costs associated with administering the examination.
