Requires hospital service corporations, medical service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurers, group/blanket disability insurers, and accountable health plans to limit out-of-pocket costs for epinephrine auto-injector prescriptions to a maximum of $30 per thirty-day supply, effective January 1, 2025.

Applies the $30 cap regardless of the type or amount of epinephrine auto-injector required to fill a prescription.

Requires licensed pharmacists to provide epinephrine auto-injectors to uninsured individuals at no more than $30 for a thirty-day supply, regardless of type or amount.

Applies to all new, amended, or renewed insurance policies and coverage issued on or after January 1, 2025.
