Repeals section 9-461.16 of Arizona Revised Statutes, which previously prohibited municipalities from adopting land use regulations that violate residential housing provisions.

Removes subsection H from section 9-462.01 that required municipalities to comply with section 9-461.16 when adopting land use regulations or issuing permits.

Renumbers existing subsections I, J, K, and L of section 9-462.01 to H, I, J, and K respectively after the repeal.

Repeals section 11-819 of Arizona Revised Statutes and Laws 2015, chapter 140, section 4 relating to county land use regulations and housing provisions.
