Repeals section 41-3024.23, Arizona Revised Statutes, which contained a previous termination date for the governor's office on tribal relations.

Establishes a new termination date of July 1, 2034 for the governor's office on tribal relations.

Repeals title 41, chapter 15 and the new section 41-3034.01 on January 1, 2035.

Continues the governor's office on tribal relations to assist and support the 22 tribal nations within Arizona's boundaries and enhance government-to-government relations.

Applies retroactively to July 1, 2024.
