Creates a new crime of "armed repeat offender" under Arizona law by amending Title 13, Chapter 31 of the Arizona Revised Statutes.

Defines an armed repeat offender as a person who commits misconduct involving weapons under section 13-3102, subsection A, paragraph 4, while having three or more prior felony convictions on separate dates and having served prior prison time.

Classifies violation of this new statute as a class 2 felony.

Includes out-of-state offenses in the definition of "historical prior felony conviction" if those offenses would constitute a class 1, 2, 3, or 4 felony if committed in Arizona.
