Establishes an agricultural education grant program within the Department of Education to provide grants to school districts for personnel costs of extended-hour agricultural education activities.

Allows school districts to apply for grants covering up to 400 hours of extended-hour activities by full-time certificated teachers, defined as work outside regular school hours for instruction in work-based learning or student leadership development in agricultural career and technical education organizations.

Requires a student career and technical education organization to evaluate grant applications and make recommendations to the Department; the Department awards grants on a first-come, first-served basis.

Mandates school districts receiving grants submit annual reports by June 30 containing expense records, time logs with teacher names and activity descriptions, and other compliance information; districts failing to comply lose eligibility for future grants.

Appropriates $1,198,585 in fiscal year 2024-2025 for the grant program and $56,000 for developing a recordkeeping system, which may be coordinated with a student career and technical education organization.
