Continues the Arizona historical society to purchase, receive, hold, lease and sell property for the benefit of the state and society use.

Continues the Prescott historical society of Arizona with authority to purchase, receive, hold, lease and sell property for the benefit of the state and society use.

Sets termination date of July 1, 2032 for both the Arizona historical society and Prescott historical society of Arizona, with related statutory provisions repealing on January 1, 2033.

Effective retroactively from July 1, 2024.
