Authorizes school districts to establish a one-time fee for searching and providing public records in response to public records requests.

School districts may consider the reasonable cost of reviewing, transmitting, copying, and redacting public records when determining the fee amount.

School districts may also consider any other relevant factors when establishing the fee.

Amends Title 39, Chapter 1, Article 2 of the Arizona Revised Statutes by adding section 39-130.
