Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 28-1326 to correct which state agency has authority over blood alcohol analysis rules.

Changes the agency responsible for adopting rules on blood alcohol analysis methods from the Department of Health Services to the Department of Public Safety.

Corrects the agency referenced in the provision allowing permit revocation for analysts who fail to follow rules from Department of Health Services to Department of Public Safety.

Makes the Department of Public Safety consistently responsible for all regulatory functions related to blood and bodily substance analysis for alcohol concentration.
