Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-909 to allow sex trafficking victims convicted of prostitution (section 13-3214) to apply to vacate their convictions.

Removes the July 24, 2014 date restriction, allowing victims convicted before that date to petition for conviction vacatur.

Expands eligibility to include victims of sex trafficking under section 13-3212 in addition to section 13-1307.

Requires the court to vacate the conviction if clear and convincing evidence shows the person's participation resulted directly from being a sex trafficking victim.

Allows vacated convictions to be omitted from public records and permits applicants to state they were never arrested or convicted of the crime, except on applications requiring fingerprint clearance cards.
