• Amends the Board of Technical Registration's powers and duties, restricting disciplinary actions to those related to review of drawings, plans, or design specifications by architects, engineers, geologists, landscape architects, and land surveyors.

• Adds new restrictions prohibiting the Department of Administration, State Personnel Board, and Governor's Office on Tribal Relations from spending public monies or resources on activities prohibited by section 41-1494, with violators required to reimburse aggrieved employees.

• Schedules termination of eight state agencies and boards on July 1, 2026, including the Arizona Historical Society, Board of Technical Registration, State Personnel Board, Department of Administration, Boiler Advisory Board, Occupational Safety and Health Review Board, Prescott Historical Society of Arizona, and Governor's Office on Tribal Relations, with statutory repeals effective January 1, 2027.
