Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 5-382 to expand the use of the state lake improvement fund to include purchase of drones for cleaning lakes and waterways of plastic, algae, biomass, and floating trash.

Requires drones purchased for lake cleaning to be equipped with time-stamped GPS locating data sensors for constant monitoring and collision avoidance systems.

Authorizes use of state lake improvement fund monies to purchase drones for law enforcement agencies and fire service agencies for search, rescue, recovery operations, and training in drone use and operation.

Allows fire districts to participate in state lake improvement fund projects on the same basis as counties and cities/towns, provided projects do not interfere with vested water rights or existing water project operations.
