Adds Chapter 33 to Title 36, Arizona Revised Statutes, establishing new health care employment regulations.

Defines a "noncompete clause" as a provision in an employment contract that prohibits medical residents or fellows from working in a specific geographic area for a set time period after their residency or fellowship ends.

Prohibits employers from requiring medical residents or fellows hired through a matching process to sign noncompete agreements for any period after their residency or fellowship concludes.

Applies only to employment contracts entered into on or after the bill's effective date.
