Prohibits school districts and charter schools from taking disciplinary or adverse employment action against teachers and school employees for informing parents about student information the employee reasonably believes parents should know.

Protects teachers and employees from discipline for declining to use a name, pronoun, or title inconsistent with a student's biological sex.

Protects religious expression by teachers and employees, including prayer, religious discussions, religious material sharing, and religious clothing/symbols, when conducted on the same basis as nonreligious expression.

Allows teachers and employees to sponsor student religious clubs and assist with planning to the same extent as nonreligious club sponsors, and permits voluntary participation in student-initiated prayer in personal capacity.

Provides employees with a private cause of action for violations, allowing recovery of declaratory relief, injunctive relief, compensatory damages, attorney fees, and costs.
