Amends Arizona law governing condominiums (§33-1248) and planned communities (§33-1804) to require associations provide meeting agendas in advance to members by hand delivery, mail, website posting, email, or posting at community centers.

Requires agendas be provided at least 48 hours in advance for board of directors meetings held after declarant control terminates.

Makes agendas available in advance for all members attending annual, regular, or special membership meetings.

Changes language from "permitted" to "allowed" and from "nor" to "or" for consistency with modern drafting standards.

Clarifies that failure to receive actual notice of a meeting or agenda does not invalidate actions taken at that meeting.
