Amends AZ Revised Statutes Section 13-3411 to define "cannabis" and "marijuana" as having the same meanings prescribed in Section 13-3401.

Expands the definition of unlawful drug activity in drug-free school zones to include cannabis "by any form or medium" in addition to traditional marijuana.

Clarifies that "person" subject to drug-free school zone violations means any individual regardless of age or school attendance.

Maintains existing penalties: felony classification with one-year sentence enhancement, minimum fine of $2,000 or three times the drug value (whichever is greater), and ineligibility for sentence suspension or probation until sentence is served or commuted.

Requires school personnel and administrators to report violations to peace officers and allows law enforcement access to student school records upon magistrate-signed written request.
