• Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 12-116.07, 13-909, 13-1421, 13-3212, and 13-3967 to strengthen laws against child sex trafficking and prostitution.

• Expands the $500 assessment for dangerous crimes against children to include violations of section 13-3212 (child sex trafficking).

• Removes time limitation on vacating prostitution convictions for sex trafficking victims, allowing anyone convicted under section 13-3214 to apply regardless of conviction date.

• Broadens child sex trafficking statute to criminalize engaging in prostitution "for the purpose of facilitating the prostitution of a minor" and adds peace officer decoys as non-defenses to prosecution.

• Requires electronic monitoring and victim contact prohibition as mandatory conditions of release for persons charged with felony violations of child sex trafficking (section 13-3212) or sexual offenses (chapters 14 and 35.1).
