Increases Arizona's minimum wage to $18 per hour on January 1, 2025.

Changes the minimum wage increase schedule to begin cost-of-living adjustments on January 1, 2026, instead of 2021, with increases rounded to the nearest $0.05.

Maintains the existing provision allowing employers to pay tipped employees up to $3.00 per hour less than minimum wage if tips bring total compensation to at least the minimum wage.

Requires approval by a three-fourths vote of both the Arizona House and Senate for the bill to take effect, pursuant to Article IV, Part 1, Section 1 of the Arizona Constitution.
