• Requires hemp-derived products to be sold only to persons 21 years or older, prohibits packaging that resembles food, toys, or cartoons, and mandates third-party laboratory testing for pesticides, microbials, residual solvents, heavy metals, and potency with quick response codes on packaging.

• Authorizes the director to inspect hemp-derived product manufacturers and retailers, and allows seizure and destruction of non-compliant products.

• Exempts the Department of Agriculture from rulemaking requirements for one year after the bill's effective date to implement these regulations.
