Establishes a new real estate information technology fund to be used for technological upgrades, software updates, equipment purchases, and vendor contracts for the Department of Real Estate.

Directs the department to deposit specified portions of real estate license fees into the technology fund: $25 from each broker and salesperson license fee and renewal fee through fiscal year 2027-2028, then reduced to $15 per fee beginning fiscal year 2028-2029.

Exempts monies deposited in the technology fund from the department's standard revenue calculations used to adjust license fees annually.

Specifies that technology fund monies are continuously appropriated and exempt from budget lapsing requirements, but prohibits use of fund monies to pay department staff salaries.

Makes technical corrections to existing Arizona Revised Statutes sections 32-2103 and 32-2107 regarding grammar and terminology.
