Establishes an election worker harassment task force in the secretary of state's office consisting of 11 members: 2 assistant attorneys general, 2 law enforcement officers, 2 election workers from different parties, and 4 election officers with no more than 2 from the same party.

Task force shall coordinate, investigate, prosecute or refer for prosecution violations related to elections under Arizona law.

Task force must submit annual reports on or before January 1, 2026 and each year thereafter detailing activities, number of reports received, and nature of reports to legislative leaders and the governor.

Secretary of state shall provide administrative support, meeting space, and post the annual reports on the state website.

Defines "election officer" as elected or appointed individuals engaged in administering elections at state or local government levels and "election worker" as seasonal, part-time, full-time, or volunteer employees engaged in election administration.
