Requires behavioral health inpatient facilities providing detoxification services for substance use disorder to submit an annual report as a condition of license renewal, following requirements in Section 36-2907.14, subsection B.

Mandates the Department coordinate with the Arizona Health Care Cost Containment System (AHCCCS) Administration to review the annual report regardless of whether the facility contracts with AHCCCS.

Requires the Department to receive approval from AHCCCS Administration before renewing a behavioral health inpatient facility's license.

Allows the city or town where the facility is located to provide comments on the annual report during the review process.
