Amends section 33-434.01 of Arizona Revised Statutes regarding seller disclosure requirements for soil remediation.

Property owners with actual knowledge that property underwent soil remediation must provide written notice to purchasers prior to transferring ownership.

Written notice is not required if soil remediation meets residential use standards established under title 49, chapter 1, article 4.

Defines "residential use" as dwellings where residents have frequent contact with soil, or similar facilities such as child care centers and elementary schools.

Failures to provide required written notice proceed as ordinary civil actions.
