Prohibits financial institutions from requiring merchant retailers or sporting goods retailers in Arizona to use a firearms or ammunition merchant category code.

Allows any person to file a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General alleging a violation of this provision.

Grants courts authority to impose remedies if violations are found, including a 30-day cure period for the financial institution to comply and destroy protected financial information.

Authorizes courts to enjoin financial institutions from collecting further protected financial information, require surrender of business licenses for up to five years, and impose civil penalties of up to $50,000 for non-compliance after the cure period.
