Increases minimum commercial motor vehicle liability insurance from $250,000 to $1,000,000 per incident when a passenger is occupying a transportation network company vehicle during active service.

Modifies uninsured motorist coverage requirements for transportation network company drivers to require either $25,000 per person/$75,000 per incident or the minimum amounts prescribed in section 28-4009, whichever is greater.

Updates taxi, livery vehicle, and limousine insurance requirements to use the same uninsured motorist coverage formula (whichever is greater between $25,000/$75,000 or statutory minimums) and clarifies formatting of dollar amounts in statute.

Requires transportation network companies and insurers to fully cooperate during claims investigations and disclose coverage details, exclusions, and limits to each other.

Approved by Governor on April 2, 2024, and filed with the Secretary of State on the same date.
