Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-3112 to expand authorized firearms training providers for concealed weapons permit applicants.

Adds "a national concealed carry association" as an approved certifying organization alongside the National Rifle Association for firearms safety and training courses in sections N.1, N.3, and N.8.

Permits concealed weapons permit applicants to satisfy training requirements through courses taught by instructors certified by either the National Rifle Association or a national concealed carry association.

Makes no changes to existing permit eligibility requirements, application procedures, fees, or permit validity periods.
