Allows courts to enter orders for "enhanced treatment services" for patients found to be chronically resistant to treatment, as an initial or amended treatment order.

Enhanced treatment services plans must be written, court-approved, and include assignment of an intensive case manager, housing or residential placement, transportation, and other necessary services to improve compliance and protect patient safety.

Courts must advise patients in writing that noncompliance with the enhanced treatment services plan may result in inpatient treatment orders and peace officer detention.

Requires medical directors to provide courts with written progress reports at least every 60 days and notify courts of specific noncompliance instances; courts may modify plans at court appearances.

Patients cannot be required to consent to enhanced treatment services if the court finds their mental disorder significantly impairs their capacity to make informed treatment decisions.
