Amends Arizona Revised Statutes sections 33-1322 and 33-1368 regarding landlord-tenant requirements and notice provisions.

Requires landlords to inform tenants in writing at the start of tenancy that the Arizona residential landlord and tenant act is available on the Arizona Department of Housing's website.

Mandates landlords include the azcourthelp.org website address in written rental agreements and noncompliance notices, or provide information on tenant eviction prevention and assistance services available through the Department of Economic Security and the appropriate municipality.

Applies the assistance information requirement to notices regarding material noncompliance by tenants, rent nonpayment, and other violations specified in section 33-1368.

Makes technical corrections to Arizona Revised Statutes section 33-1368, including updating pronoun usage and renumbering subsections.
