Prohibits Arizona institutions of higher education from formally recognizing student organizations that provide material support to foreign terrorist organizations or call for genocide against any group, including Jewish people.

Requires institutions to investigate student organizations reported for potential violations of federal or state laws related to supporting foreign terrorist organizations and rescind recognition of violating groups.

Mandates faculty advisors of recognized student organizations report violations of terrorist support laws and authorizes discipline of advisors who knowingly fail to report.

Prohibits student organizations from promoting foreign terrorist organizations on official social media accounts or in ways that place Jewish students in reasonable apprehension of imminent physical injury.

Bars student organizations from engaging in activities manifesting antisemitism as defined in Arizona law and requires institutions to enforce codes of conduct regarding violent speech on campus.
