Appropriates $100,000 and one full-time equivalent position to the Department of Economic Security for each fiscal year 2024-2025 and 2025-2026 from the state general fund.

Grant writer shall identify grants for early childhood educational and care services for children birth through age 5, assist providers with grant applications, help obtain licensure, and provide guidance on grant award execution.

Requires the Department of Economic Security to report by September 1, 2026 to the President of the Senate, Speaker of the House, Governor, and Secretary of State on the number of successful grant awards assisted, total dollar value of awards, and number of recipients.
