Amends section 28-2428, Arizona Revised Statutes, regarding military support special plates issued by the Department of Transportation.

Corrects grammar by changing "veterans' donation fund" to "veterans' donations fund" in references to the fund established under section 41-608.

Requires $25 fees for military support special plates to be split as $8 for special plate administration (deposited in state highway fund) and $17 as annual donations (deposited in veterans' donations fund).

Allows military support special plates to be combined with personalized special plates requests, subject to additional personalized plate fees.
