Amends the definition of "member" in Arizona's children's health insurance program to establish new income eligibility thresholds based on federal poverty level guidelines.

Maintains the existing income requirement of 200 percent of the federal poverty level through September 30, 2023.

Increases eligibility to 225 percent of the federal poverty level from October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024, subject to Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services approval.

Raises the income threshold to 250 percent of the federal poverty level beginning October 1, 2024 and for each fiscal year thereafter.

Applies these eligibility changes to children under nineteen years of age enrolled in the children's health insurance program.
