Adds Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-422 prohibiting use of "gay panic" or "transgender panic" as a legal defense or justification for threatening or using force against another person.

Specifies that discovery, knowledge, or potential disclosure of a person's sexual orientation, gender identity, or gender expression cannot justify use of physical or deadly force.

Amends the definition of "adequate provocation" in section 13-1101 to explicitly exclude cases involving unwanted romantic or sexual advances based on sexual orientation or gender identity, or discovery of such in dating/romantic relationships.

Adds definitions for "gender identity" (gender-related identity, appearance, or mannerisms regardless of sex at birth) and "sexual orientation" (homosexuality, heterosexuality, or bisexuality) to Arizona criminal code.
