Establishes the human trafficking employee education study committee consisting of 15 members, including legislators, state officials, business representatives, academics, healthcare providers, and human trafficking experts appointed by the governor, speaker, and senate president.

Committee shall meet at least twice and evaluate training options and methods for retail and lodging business employees to identify and respond to potential human trafficking victims in both urban and rural areas.

Committee must submit a report to the governor, president of the senate, and speaker of the house on or before June 30, 2026, detailing activities and recommendations for educating retail and lodging businesses about human trafficking.

House of Representatives provides administrative support to the committee; members are eligible for expense reimbursement pursuant to Arizona law.

Committee automatically repeals on December 31, 2026.
