Requires employers to provide a 30-minute unpaid meal break when employees work more than 5 hours in a day, and an additional 30-minute unpaid meal break when working more than 12 hours in a day.

Mandates a paid 10-minute rest break for every 4 hours worked.

Requires employers to pay 1.5 times the regular rate for hours worked between 8 and 12 hours in a workday, and for the first 8 hours worked on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek.

Requires employers to pay double the regular rate for hours worked beyond 12 hours in a workday and for hours beyond 8 hours on the seventh consecutive day of work in a workweek.

Applies the federal Fair Labor Standards Act to employers with annual sales of $100,000 or more, or those engaged in interstate commerce.
