Authorizes the legislative council to place a Rotary International peace pole monument in the governmental mall to promote peace around the world.

Monument placement procedures follow the existing requirements in Arizona Revised Statutes section 41-1363.

All fundraising and construction costs are the sole responsibility of proponents; no public monies or state-facilitated fundraising are authorized.

Bill automatically repeals on September 30, 2027.
