Increases architect positions on the state board of technical registration from one to two architects.

Expands professional engineer positions from one to three engineers, with requirements for at least one civil engineer and one structural engineer.

Reduces public member positions from six to three, with at least one having legal, construction or design product background.

Adds two new board positions: one home inspector and one controlling person.

Allows board members to continue serving after term expiration until the governor appoints a successor, and permits existing board members to complete their current terms before new appointment rules take effect.
