Requires hospitals to provide written notification to patients (or their parent, guardian, or next of kin) informing them of their rights and choices if they are allegedly sexually assaulted while in the hospital.

Mandates that a hospital administrator or designee meet with the patient to explain the hospital's investigation process regarding the alleged sexual assault.

Ensures patients are informed they may contact law enforcement at any time regarding an alleged sexual assault that occurs in the hospital.

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Title 36, Chapter 4, Article 2 by adding section 36-425.10.
