Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 5-568 to modify the distribution of unclaimed lottery prize money after 180 days.

Changes the allocation to tribal college dual enrollment program fund from 15 percent to 25 percent of unclaimed prize money.

Modifies the frequency of transfers to the tribal college dual enrollment program fund from monthly to annually, and removes the $325,000 annual cap on transfers.

Maintains existing allocations of 55 percent to state lottery prize fund (with specified conditions for internet crimes and victims' rights funds) and 30 percent to court appointed special advocate fund.
