Requires health insurance policies with prescription drug coverage to cover all FDA-approved contraceptive drugs and devices, including oral, implant, and injectable contraceptives, intrauterine devices, and prescription barrier methods.

Prohibits insurers from imposing deductibles, coinsurance, copayments, or other cost-sharing measures for contraceptive drugs, intrauterine devices, prescription barrier methods, or male sterilization procedures.

Requires coverage of outpatient contraceptive services including consultations, examinations, procedures, and medical services related to FDA-approved prescription contraceptive methods.

Applies to medical service corporations, hospital service corporations, health care services organizations, disability insurers, and blanket disability insurers.

Excludes nongroup (individual) policies from the contraceptive coverage requirements.
