Amends Arizona Revised Statutes section 13-407 regarding justification for use of physical force in defense of premises.

Allows a person in lawful possession or control of premises to use physical force to prevent or terminate criminal trespass, with deadly physical force limited to defense of self or third persons.

Revises the definition of "premises" to include any real property or structures (movable or immovable, permanent or temporary) adapted for human residence or lodging, whether occupied or not.

Makes technical corrections to statutory language, changing "upon" to "on," "in" to "for the purposes of," and "and" to "or" in the premises definition for clarity.
