Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 32-128 to add new provisions (subsection K) governing complaints against home inspectors relating to home inspection reports.

Requires the board to allow home inspectors to rewrite inspection reports if they lack standard of practice terminology but use different words describing the same component.

Mandates the board provide training to home inspectors on how to write home inspection reports.

Establishes that only egregious complaints against home inspectors should proceed to board disciplinary action.

Requires consent agreements to be negotiated between the board and home inspector if a complaint results in board action, and permits home inspectors to be represented by attorneys.
