Prohibits persons accused of sexual misconduct, sexual abuse, sexual assault, sexual harassment, or domestic violence from using defamation actions to silence or retaliate against accusers or those reporting such allegations, even when the accused is publicly named.

Allows defamation actions by the accused only when documentation and evidence can establish within the initial court filing that the accused act was factually impossible to commit.

Permits defamation actions when the accuser has been impeached in a courtroom proceeding regarding the same alleged facts or has made publicly contrary statements involving relevant material facts about the incident.

Allows defamation actions when the accuser has publicly stated that the reported incident did not occur.
