• Prohibits voting centers and early voting locations, requiring all voting to occur in individual precincts with ballots printed before delivery to polling places.

• Restricts early voting eligibility to: students temporarily absent for school, those required to reside outside Arizona, those required to travel on election day, elderly persons or persons with disabilities, and uniformed/overseas voters under federal law.

• Changes early ballot distribution timing from 27 days before election to 34 days before election, and extends the cure period for signature mismatches from 5 days to 2 business days after federal elections.

• Modifies canvassing timelines: county boards must canvass general elections 6-12 days after the election (instead of by third Thursday), and the secretary of state must canvass within 14 calendar days (instead of third Monday).

• Prohibits release of aggregated early ballot results until all precincts report or one hour after polls close, whichever is earlier, and requires posting of system log files within 48 hours of completion.
