Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 41-1604.09 to clarify that parole eligibility provisions do not apply to persons receiving definite term sentences who are subject to community supervision under Section 13-603, subsection I.

Removes previous language limiting parole eligibility provisions to persons committing felonies before January 1, 1994, or those sentenced to life imprisonment under Sections 13-716 or 13-718.

Corrects grammatical language throughout the statute, including replacing "no" with "a" and "they" with "the rules" for clarity and consistency.

Maintains existing parole eligibility classification system with class one and class two designations, mandatory minimum service requirements, and recertification procedures established by the Department of Corrections director.
