Requires courts to inquire whether convicted persons possess a concealed weapons permit at sentencing, and to order surrender of the permit if the conviction makes them a prohibited possessor under section 13-3101 or otherwise unqualified under section 13-3112.

Mandates that if a convicted person does not surrender the permit at sentencing, the court shall revoke it and notify the Department of Public Safety of the revocation.

Directs probation departments to locate defendants and seize permits if persons on probation fail to surrender or submit an affidavit declaring the permit lost, then transfer seized permits to the Department of Public Safety.

Requires courts issuing orders of protection that prohibit firearm possession to inquire whether the defendant possesses a concealed weapons permit and to revoke it if possessed, with the defendant required to surrender the permit or submit a lost permit affidavit within three business days.

Mandates the court notify the Department of Public Safety of any concealed weapons permit revocation related to a protection order.
