Appropriates $1,000,000 from the state general fund for fiscal year 2024-2025 to the Department of Health Services for ovarian cancer tests and biopsies.

Funds reimburse health care providers and organizations for services provided to individuals who cannot otherwise afford these tests or biopsies.

Requires the Department to report to state leadership by September 1 following any fiscal year in which funds are spent, detailing the number, type, and dollar amount of services provided by each provider and organization.

The appropriation is exempt from lapsing provisions under Arizona Revised Statutes section 35-190, allowing unspent funds to carry forward.
