AZ HCR2005

Amends Arizona Revised Statutes Section 36-972 to clarify that the pure food control article applies to any person who displays, or sells or offers for sale at retail any bulk food.

Changes the regulatory language from "displays, sells or offers" to "displays or sells or offers" to provide technical correction to existing statute.

Requires submission of the measure to voters at the next general election as a referendum proposition.
